Julie creates high-performance, engaged, profitable, and trusting organizational cultures that enhance individual, team, and enterprise functioning. As a business psychologist, with an appreciation that teams work best when the members are aligned, balanced and working towards the same goal, Julie guides leaders to build and leverage emotional intelligence to enhance performance. She provides personal and team coaching along with training programs that deliver practical tools for immediate implementation. With her guidance, clients articulate and pursue possibilities, refine roles and responsibilities, and enhance interactions. Her engagements range from leaders assuming greater responsibilities and building highly functioning teams, to individuals in need of improving problematic performance. Julie also partners with managers helping team members grow and reach their greatest potential.

As a sought-after facilitator, she has led seminars on performance management, leadership, communication, diversity, and harassment. Julie has consulted with Columbia University on two class-action suits related to diversity and women’s leadership. She has since utilized that expertise to help companies maximize their ability to celebrate differences, build diverse leadership teams and drive results.

Her recent book, Thrive with a Hybrid Workplace: Step by Step Guidance from the Experts, captures Julie’s years of research on what became a very timely topic! She is a regular contributor to Forbes on leadership, coaching, and employee engagement, and is a member of the American Psychological Association, The American Society for Training and Development, HR People & Strategy, and the National Association of Professional Women.
