For over two decades, Rachel Parikh has worked globally with leaders and their teams to help improve performance, increase accountability, and motivate change. She coaches senior executives from a variety of sectors, leading enterprises that include private equity-backed businesses, family businesses, public companies, non-profits, and global start-ups. She has also worked with graduate students at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, and for the past three years has collaborated with executives in a family-run wine business in Napa Valley, focusing on the unique dynamics of legacy-driven, multi-generational organizations.
Known for her ability to quickly get to the core of issues and surface what is required to get unstuck, she helps unleash the next wave of personal and professional growth for individuals and organizations. Her clients include: AWS, Databricks, HSBC, MetLife, SAP, Salesforce, and Workday. For decades, Melanie Katzman and Rachel have worked together developing leaders in the U.S., China, India, the Middle East, the U.K., and Cuba with clients that include AIG, Bain, Barclays, Daimler, Google, PwC, and Snap.
Rachel brings a variety of strategies and experiential practices to help people deepen self-awareness and increase their impact. She is a certified Master Coach, accredited by the International Coach Federation, and a certified practitioner of The Leadership Circle 360 Profile.
Rachel also serves on the Leadership and Professional Development Committee of Neythri, an association for South Asian professional women, and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Sequoia Union School District Academy Mentor Program, bringing together professionals and underserved youth for mentoring and career support. A certified yoga instructor, breathwork practitioner, and published author, Rachel is originally from the U.K. and now resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and three children.
